Here are instructions:

1. Get the API key.
2. Get your Telegram chat_id (e.g. you can use @UserInfoBot)
3. Create, set up a new bot with @BotFather and get it's token. Send /start command to it. Repeat this step from start if you need more bots.
4. Open "Actions" tab and set up actions for bot(s) you specified (all actions will be removed if you change bots count!).
5. Click "Start" and wait for script done. You can stop it at any time. After any action the result message will be showed so you can inspect it. In addition you can use console debugging in Developer Tools.
6. You pay only for "success" (200 OK) actions (it is 0,05 ₽ ). API key balance amount updates every 5 seconds and displayed on the "Settings" tab.
